SERVICE CENTER

Service center should be described additionally as the company in reply to inquiries from the clients has expanded the list of its services. Today the success of an enterprise directly depends on trouble-free work of equipment.  Оkant’s service center is professional in this field. Service center offers guarantee for the performed works for the period from 6 months and more on replacement of units and assemblies and also assistance in consulting on equipment operating.

We offer:

• Complex service of equipment (installation "on a turn-key basis")

• Guarantee and post-service support

Service Center will carries out:

• Installation and connection of equipment.

• Engineering and making constructive changes or additions into equipment’s device and electric schemes, registration of corresponding engineering specifications.

• Guarantee service is carried out only for the equipment purchased in “Okant & Co”. Period of guarantee service depends on the type of equipment.

Managers of sales department will give you necessary consultations and will help to choose necessary options for the equipment.

Equipment is repaired in a workshop of “Оkant & Co".  or if necessary in the place of maintenance of equipment.

Major repairs in accordance with technical documentation for equipment is made  for additional payment. The following works are done in Service Center:

●          Call for mechanic to the place of operation

• diagnostics of malfunction of the equipment

• ●cleaning of contacts and adjustment of monitors, automatics and protection

• repair of electric circuit of management and illumination

• ●replacement of electronic monitors

• elimination of external and case defects

● technical translation to Russian

● additional consultations of technologist.
